Geometric Chevron Black White and Green Fabric

Geometric patterns are back! Today we are looking at a black white and green geometric fabric.

Lets look at the closeup first. There are some straight lines, some curvy lines and there are areas of black, white and green.

Swatch reveals the structure of the pattern a bit better. We can now glimpse the form of the stripes.

Geometric Black and White Fabric Variations

Black and white geometric fabric variations. Similar to what we did the other day with the blue pattern, we are looking at variations of the black and white fabric that we explored yesterday.

We start with the original from yesterday. Using the fat quarter size for display:

The following fabrics are made with the same basic tile, but the tiles are arranged differently in each.

Geometric Black and White Fabric

Geometric patterns are still in focus and we'll look at this black and white geometric fabric next. If the pattern looks familiar, that's because it's very similar to the one used in blue geometric fabric we examined the other day. The pattern structure is the same while the colors are different. Let's examine this geometric black and white fabric.

Starting with the closeup we see a variety of stripes in grey, black and white.

The swatch gives us a glimpse of the pattern structure:

Fat quarter shows the look of the pattern and it's optical illusion effect giving us an impression of depth and shadows.

Black Cat Geometric Grey Printed Fabric

Another day another geometric fabric. This time we are going into shades of grey and black and white and introducing black cat silhouettes.

Going closer and viewing the fat quarter reveals a bit more of the pattern:

Swatch gives us the first real view of the black cats and various grey stripes.

And finally the close up reveals the underlying light grey horizontal stripes.

With Halloween coming next month, this fabric could be useful in various Halloween themed projects.

Geometric Blue Fabric Variations

Remember the geometric striped blue fabric we examined yesterday? This one:

Today we are adding 3 new blue geometric fabrics to the collections. Each pattern is made from the same base, as the one in the striped fabric above with the only difference being the arrangement of tiles to create the pattern.

Is't it wonderful how rearranging tiles can create  different visual effects? I find it quite mesmerizing.

Striped Geometric Blue Fabric

Today we are looking at a striped geometric blue fabric. Usually we go from the closeup to the yard, but this time we are going to check out this blue geometric fabric in an opposite order - from the yard to the closeup.

The yard reveals a nice striped pattern with alternating light blue and navy blue stripes and rotated squares in a mid range blue.

Fat quarter reveals an underlying striped pattern, so both stripes and squares are made of other stripes.

Going further to the swatch we can see hourglass like geometric structures made of both navy and light blue but in different proportions. Additionally, what looked like rotated mid range blue squares are actually collections of purple, lavender and teal stripes neatly arranged together.

And finally, the closeup gives us a view of the pattern that reveals subtle differences in stripe sizes and colors.

Geometric Hearts Red Fabric

Today we are looking at another geometric pattern fabric. It's quite similar to the pattern of the fabric we had yesterday, but with a few twists. This time we have a red fabric and romantic hearts added to it. The pattern still plays with geometric shapes and colors, creates an illusion of depth and creates a visual 3D effect.

Rose Gold Geometric Fabric By the Yard

The last one in the rose gold fabric series (for now) will be a rose gold geometric fabric. It features shades of blush and pink made to loosely resemble the trendy rose gold color and a white geometric pattern.

Rose Gold Geometric Ikat Fabric

Two very similar rose gold geometric ikat fabrics are going to be our focus today.

There is a slight difference in the pattern and the background colors are different, other than that there are a lot of similarities. It's up to you to choose which one you like better.

Retro 1960s Style Printed Fabric

Today on display we have two similar but still different retro style geometric pattern fabrics. Inspired by the style and fashion of the 1960s, these are geometric patterns in blue, pink and coral red. Nice to use in retro and vintage inspired sewing and crafting projects.

First fabric has more movement in the pattern.

Stylized Stars on Night Sky Fabric

Very simple bi-color stylized star pattern fabric is the star for today. There's not much more to say about it in the introduction, other than the inspiration for it was a night sky with lots and lots stars shining brightly.

The final fabric was made for larger scale projects, so the pattern was scaled up. Although the stars look white, they are actually pale yellow.

If you click on any of the images or links you'll get to the product page for the fabric where the pattern can be further scaled up or down and the colors of the stars can be changed. The only fixed property of the pattern is the black background. Have fun creating your own version of the starry night fabric.
