Cute Dog Fabric

Today we are stepping away from the striped theme and presenting a cute brown dog fabric.

Let's start with a yard representation. It reveals the structure of the pattern, but not the elements.



Fat quarter gives us a bit of an idea about the dog illustration involved, but still not enough to get a real feel for it.

Going closer to the swatch we can see that the dog hold a bone and has a happy wagging tail.

Finally, we have a closeup that reveals the details of the pattern.

The background is pale yellow and looks like beige when printed. By customizing the pattern you can easily change the background color into any color you prefer. The following dogs orange fabric is an example of what you can do.

The scale of the pattern can be changed as easily. We are going to close this post with an example of both a changed color and changed pattern scale.

Rose Gold Damask Fabric

As I said yesterday, we are getting into a gold rose series and today we have a damask pattern to look at and enjoy. Damask is a classic pattern while rose gold is a current trend making the rose gold damask fabric an elegant and modern choice for sewing and crafting.

We will start with a swatch view of the rose gold damask fabric with a black background. The dark background creates a nice contrast to the tender blush pink shades and allows us to clearly see the damask pattern and its coloring.

The grey and rose gold fabric is a popular combination. It looks somewhat muted and that  can be a desirable quality for classy projects.



Navy blue and rose gold damask fabric is next. It's a very lovely combination suitable for a wide variety of uses.

Pink and rose gold damask fabric is shown in a form of a swatch allowing us to look at the fine details of the flourish in the damask pattern.

Trendy Strawberries Fabric

Fruit prints and patterns are currently very trendy and popular. To walk in sync with the fashion tends we will examine a strawberry print fabric today.

We start with a classic strawberry pattern printed on fabric with no background other than the natural color of the fabric. It makes a lovely material for a sewing project like a dress or a shirt. It's equally suitable for a girl or a chic trendy woman.

Cute Cartoon Pigs Printed Fabric

Today we are looking at a cute pig cartoon pattern on fabric. The pigs are cute and pink and create a nice printed fabric that will be loved by kids and pig lovers alike. Great for your pig inspired crafting and sewing projects.

We start off with the pig pattern on a tan background fabric.

We'll finish with a large scale pattern print pigs yellow printed fabric that is suitable for larger crafting and sewing projects.

Pink, Magenta and Purple Birds and Hearts Fabric

Girly and cute are the two words most suitable to describe the fabric series presented in this post.

The pattern is made of lots of cute purple, pink and magenta birds of various sizes and some cute hearts of the same colors scattered around. The background is striped with informal artistic stripes. The first cute birds printed fabric has a combination of white and grey stripes for a background.

Next up is a fitting pink and gray background. The pink just adds to the girly and cute factor and overall look.

To fit the colors of the birds and create a predominantly purple design here we have a purple and grey background to create a nice bird pattern purple printed fabric.

For a change and more out of nature feel, we go to a light green stripe in the background.

The second part of this post will be dedicated to the same pink, magenta and hot purple birds and hearts pattern with one change, there won't be any stripes in the background. Although the stripes create movement and atmosphere, the solid background has it's own qualities with the minimalist and simple style that allows the spotlight to shine on the birds and hearts pattern entirely.

The most classic and minimalist is the no background or better said white background that makes a  birds and hearts white printed fabric.

Black background is a classic in its own way. It makes the design darker and more suitable for some crafting and sewing projects, say tote bags or cushions. It also makes the colors of the birds and hearts pop against it and look vibrant.

 As usually, a larger scale pattern will close this presentation. It's a large birds and hearts patter on a very pale yellow background.

The design allows customization, so even if you didn't find exactly what you like you can follow on of the links, probably best if you choose the one you like best out of the offered ones and customize the pattern and colors further.

Cute Smiley Face Cactus Cartoon Fabric

As a true cactus and succulent lover and collector, I can never get enough of cacti in nature, in art, design and all other possible forms. Knowing that it won't surprise you that today we are exploring cute cactus fabric featuring a cute kawaii smiley face and a pretty pink flower.

We start with the cartoon cactus illustrations arranged in a neat pattern on a light fabric. The almost white background allows for the cactus cartoons to pop out and get the maximum attention.

Sometimes, light is just not the option. Fortunately, the cartoon is very nice and vibrant against black, so here's cactus cartoon black printed fabric. It has a very different feel that the light one, but both are equally nice and will be useful for different kinds of projects.

Black is nice, but with such a cheerful happy cactus cartoon, light colors naturally come up as companion ideas. Here are a few examples.

Speaking of nature and sunshine, we can't forget sky blue. Fortunately, it's another color that looks very nice and harmony with the cactus cartoon.

Going back to larger scale sewing and crafting projects, though, darker colors might be a better match. That's why, the next in line we have a navy blue fabric with a larger scale pattern orientated differently than the previous fabrics in this posts.

Finally, we have an even larger scale cactus pattern white fabric is made for crafting projects where you might want the clean background and a large print to fit the needs of your project.
